Established with the efforts of the members of the faculty and the student body to provide qualitative legal education and the legal fraternity constantly reviews its standards of academic requirements.

Islamabad Campus
Established in 2004 by Jalees Qasir and Sara Khattak, The Institute of Legal Studies (Islamabad Campus) quickly became one of the best known and premier institutes dedicated to the advancement of legal education. Like the other branches of TILS, it is an exclusive law school with sole emphasis on law degrees rather than law being one of a number of programmes being offered. It has the honour of being one of the earliest Recognised Teaching Centres of the University of London in Islamabad authorized to offer the LLB (Hons) and the CertHe Leading to LLB (Hons) University of London. Situated on Nazimuddin Road, behind Centaurus Mall, one of the prime areas of Islamabad, it is a large spacious campus with numerous classrooms, seminar rooms and other facilities. Its library contains one of the most up to date and comprehensive collection of law books and journals in the country. Its state of the art computer lab housed within the library is an additional resource available to access online resources required for legal study.
The full time foreign qualified faculty has years of experience in the delivery of the London Programme. Our structure is not bureaucratic and students can approach teachers for assistance without an appointment and interaction is not limited to the classroom. Additionally, TILS Islamabad boasts a vibrant and thriving student life where cultural events like concerts and other extracurricular activities are organized by the students themselves and is proud to be home to an eclectic mix of students from all over Pakistan.

Student Life
Annual Legal Research Poster Series
Students from TILS and other visiting schools are given a current important issue that they research and showcase via a Poster and present to a panel of judges. It takes place every January and contributes to enhancing the presenting and researching skills of students.

Debates, Moots and Model United Nations
TILS has a very active Law Society, which both organizes debates and law moots on campus and also encourages students to participate actively in moots, debates and Model United Nations at other forums as well, both national and international. Our teams have competed and made us proud at various national and international forums such as Jean Pictet, Henry Dunant etc.

The Annual Matriculation and Farewell/High Achievement Awards Ceremonies in conjunction with University of London.
New students are officially welcomed and inducted in the rolls of TILS at the Welcome held in October. It is also the first chance for them to mingle with their seniors.
The outgoing class is officially bid farewell at the Farewell Ceremony by the student body as well as the faculty, a bittersweet moment in our extracurricular calendar.
